Now, meet the members of this unique group (listed below in alphabetical order) and learn a little more about their talents and capabilities:
Todd Bray
Todd is founder and President of Smart Business Alternatives Inc. In years past, he founded a successful national marketing company with seventeen representatives covering the lower 48 states.
Todd was the co-founder of the largest hydraulic repair facility in Georgia, designed and patented an underground boring machine, and co-designed and patented the "Smart Shock" for large truck suspensions
Todd is a graduate of Georgia State University with a major in management and a minor in marketing. He served for 30 years as a subcontractor to the DOD. He was selected as a member of MYM's Legacy Council.
Todd lives in Cody, WY with his wife Terri, where they specialize in helping organizations transform their inside reality into an positive outside perception in the marketplace. His deep desire is to help others in their quest for business success, thereby satisfying his own personal desire to guide others along the path to financial freedom and personal satisfaction.
Rich Harshaw
Rich is the CEO of Monopolize Your Marketplace, author of the book by the same name, and one of the nation's leading marketing minds and business leaders.
At the age of 19, he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese. Two years later, he started an import-export business in Taiwan and China
He graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in business and entrepreneurship. In 1994, he founded Marketing Strategies, and over the next several years developed the Monopolize Your Marketplace system. In 2000, he co-started Y2 Marketing, which made the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing privately held companies for three consecutive years (2002, 2003 and 2004).
In his professional career, Rich has become one of the nation's most sought-after marketing consultants and speakers because of his deep understanding of what motivates people to buy. He has written Marketing and Sales materials for over 1500 companies in virtually every industry.
His articles about marketing, sales and advertising have appeared in dozens of magazines and newspapers worldwide. Because the Monopolize Your Marketplace system exposes the inadequacies and questionable business practices of big ad agencies, it has earned Rich the title of the "Most Hated Man in Marketing."
Rich lives near Dallas, TX with his wife Tonia and their six children. He is an active member of his church and serves as a leader and mentor in the Youth program. Rich says, "My passion is teaching people how to be successful in school, their families, financially, spiritually and in life."
Aaron Offutt
Aaron is originally from Overland Park, KS (a suburb of Kansas City). He moved to Lincoln, NE in 2013.
Aaron is the founder of Trendulge, a marketing company that creates, prints, and distributes COVID-19 Face Covers as well as Vinyl Graphic Solutions for various organizations. His qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Wesleyan University. In addition, he has served as Territory Manager for Heartland Payment Systems, Inc. since 2016 (Heartland is a Fortune 500 Company, providing financial business payment solutions for business).
Aaron is an active volunteer in the Lincoln community, and serves on a variety of committees, boards, and non-profits, including his church and the Hospitality Education Board.
Aaron frequently partners with Gary Willey & Associates in helping to develop successful solutions for business.
Aaron is married and he and his wife Stephanie have 4 children.
Arnie Wentland
Arnie is the owner of 4 Profit LLC, a licensed and accredited agency of Monopolize Your Marketplace. 4 Profit focuses on growing businesses through product and process innovation and strategic and tactical marketing.
Prior to starting 4 Profit, Arnie worked as a business transformation consultant, business process analyst, business process modeling and analysis instructor, and a systems engineer for 35 years with IBM. He holds bachelors degrees in electrical engineering and engineering administration, a masters degree in business administration and has done graduate work in human resources.
Arnie lives in Greenfield, MN with his wife, Jan. They have four children and three grandchildren.
GARY WILLEY
Gary is the founder and president of Gary Willey & Associates, an MYM Authorized consulting firm. Gary is recognized by Monopolize Your Marketplace as an AMCA, a "Level II Accredited Agent," one of only a handful of such agents in the country.
Previously, Gary was Founder and CEO of MIDLAND Suppliers, Inc. in Lincoln, NE, the largest provider of DirecTV Commercial satellite equipment and business television programming through the Midwest, and a Music Choice background music provider in Nebraska, and several other ventures.
Before starting his own companies, Gary was Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Century Manufacturing, the world's largest manufacturer of welders and battery chargers. Under Gary's direction, sales grew from $18,000,000 to more than $50,000,000 in just 7 years.
Gary is Founder and Past President of the Nebraska Satellite Dealers Association, and a past member of the National Installer Board for Hughes Network Systems, the world's largest supplier of two-way satellite data systems.
Gary is an Instrument-Rated Private Pilot, with nearly 1,400 hours (almost 1,000 actual instrument time logged) and enjoys rebuilding classic cars.
Gary lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his wife, AlyceRae. Together they have three children and five grandchildren.
